These Terms and Conditions are for consumers only. If you are a trade customer of ATB Sales Ltd, please refer to our Trade Terms and Conditions in your dealer handbook. A copy of these Terms and Conditions is available on request.
About Us
ATB Sales Ltd has been a major force in the UK bicycle industry for almost 20 years and remains committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Supported by a network of the finest cycle dealers in the UK we import and distribute leading brands such as Marin, Mezzo, Wilier and Whyte.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Orders placed before 12 noon will be sent the same day.
We use three methods of shipping. Royal Mail first class post for small items, City Link 24h for larger items and TNT Express 24h for the largest items.
Royal Mail deliveries are not trackable. City Link and TNT deliveries are fully trackable.

Delivery Charges
Ex-Demo bikes: Next day delivery via TNT is £18. Saturday delivery via TNT is £27.
For all other items our standard delivery charge is £4.95. Orders over £45 are free of charge (NOTE: This does not include our Ex-Demo bikes, please see above for these charges).
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Ex demo bikes are the exception and are sold on a first come, first served basis. If we are unable to supply the bike you will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
Tax Charges
All prices include 15% VAT.
Credit Card Security
We only accept your personal information such as credit card details, name and address, etc. through our secure server. This ensures that any data sent to us is encrypted by your browser before being sent to us.
We do not store your credit card details. Once your credit card details have been sent to us, the payment is processed in real-time by HSBC secure ePayments.
We also use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for your protection.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item or order please Contact Us immediately and we shall assist you in sorting out the problem quickly.

Returns Policy
Please note that special terms apply to Consumers who wish to return goods.
- ATB is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.
- Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, ATB does not sell products on a trial basis. Consumers are strongly advised to check suitability of products before ordering.
- In the event that ATB, at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with ATB's prior agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be in perfect re-saleable condition.
